The Abraham Hostel Jerusalem is located at 67 HaNeviim Street, the Street of the Prophets in the heart of Jerusalem, between the great Machane Yehuda market (5 minute walk) and the Old City (20 minute walk). The hostel is within walking distance of the Central Bus Station (15 minute walk), and the tram stops right outside.

    Exit the Central Bus Station turn left and walk along Jaffa Street towards the city center. You'll pass the Machane Yehuda Market on your right hand side. After around 10 minutes you'll reach a junction with traffic lights, and a square opposite. Look up and you'll see our building! Cross the street, and cut across the square to the left. The entrance to the Abraham Hostel Jerusalem is on the left hand side of the building, on HaNeviim Street. The walk takes 15 minutes or so in total.

    Coming into Jerusalem via Road 1 from the west, continue along Ben Zvi Boulevard, turning left at Bezalel Street. At the top of Bezalel, turn left, and then left again at the roundabout onto Agripas. At the first traffic light turn right, cross over the train tracks and take the road right to HaNeviim Street, where you'll see the entrance on the right. You can park in the parking lot next to the hostel: take the small road down to the left of the entrance. The price is approximately 70 NIS per day.

    Bus 485 runs between the Airport and Jerusalem and is a convenient and cheap option during weekdays, however there is no door-to-door service, and it does not run during Shabbat (Friday afternoon until Saturday Evening). Frequency – Every Hour on the hour (when departing from the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, it generally arrives up to 10 minutes past the hour) Schedule – Daily (on Fridays the service ceases at 14:00 and restarts on Saturday at 19:00) Price- 16 ILS each way (not possible to pre-book – purchase from the driver) Pick Up/Drop off Locations – From the airport it departs from Terminal 3 on the 2nd floor, gate 23 and drops you at the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem


    From the Central Bus Station, the quickest option is to take the tram/light rail heading towards the city center. Exit the tram after three stops, at the Davidka stop. The hostel is on the other side of Jaffa Street (the other side of the tracks), walk around to the other side of the building and you'll see the entrance
